Danielle Mortimer
Danielle is the Sales & Marketing Manager for SERVPRO of West Chester & Southern Delaware County. She joined our team in February of 2018 as a Marketing Representative for West Chester. She brings more than 18 years of Sales & Management experience with her. She was in Freight sales and Truck Equipment prior for over 15 years. The last two years she successfully managed a bar & restaurant. She has had a long career in all aspects of sales and marketing and merchandising . She manages and oversees the sales and marketing team for both franchises. Danielle is very involved in both communities and very engaged. She belongs to many charities and networking groups. Customer satisfaction is her main goal always. Danielle markets to the following areas - Chester, Essington, Sharon Hill, Thornton, Aston, Chester Heights, Concordville, Marcus Hook, Folcroft, Tinicum, Brookhaven, Lansdowne, Cheyney, Garnet Valley, Darby, Glen Mills, Chadds Ford, Upper & Lower Chichester. Anthony Monteleone
Anthony Monteleone is our Construction Manager and he "Builds Stuff". Plain and simple. A true Renaissance Man, Anthony completed his BA in Communications from Temple before owning his own construction company. After his entrepreneurship, he became a machinist. Although he enjoys hunting and fishing, Anthony loves being a hands on father to his 3 young kids. Anthony has been a long time employee and his team keeps growing.
Jason Young
Jason started with SERVPRO in June of 2017, after a long career in the trucking industry. He started as a production technician, was promoted to crew chief, and has recently become our Production Manager, due to his work ethic and knowledge of this industry.
Jason enjoys long rides on his Harley and spending time with family!
Jason Reif
Jason is our Construction Manager here at SERVPRO of Southern Delaware County & West Chester.
He is a family man and enjoys spending his free time with his kids!
Tristan DiCicco
Tristan DiCicco has just been promoted and now works in our office and out in the field. He brings his production experience to the office in his new role as dispatcher. He has been with us for over 3 years. He is WRT certified. Tristan came from a retail background, but quickly adjusted to the work of production. Tristan learned leadership and teamwork while playing on his high school soccer team. We have enjoyed watching him grow personally and professionally.
Becky Gretzula
Becky is our lead job file auditor at SERVPRO of Southern Delaware County & West Chester. She is well spoken and educated. She enjoys the fast pace of the restoration industry.
Away from the office, Becky enjoys spending time with her adorable and entertaining twins. Family is very important to Becky and we are happy to have her in our SERVPRO family!
Will Negron
Will is our Estimator at SERVPRO of Southern Delaware County & West Chester. He brings a wealth of knowledge and superior customer service to our team.
Out of the office, Will enjoys spending time with his children and is a big basketball fan!
Greg Gaines
Greg's official title here at SERVPRO of Southern Delaware County & West Chester is Mechanic, but he can also be found helping out in other areas, both in production and construction.
In his spare time, Greg enjoys spending time with his 2 kids and fishing!
Skylar Kreston
Skylar began working at SERVPRO of Southern Delaware County & West Chester in October 2021 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. She brings with her a strong background in writing for social media and customer service. She has degrees in Writing, and has studied art and film, as well. She enjoys the fast paced and ever-changing environment that SERVPRO has to offer and is excited to contribute to the Marketing Team.
In her free time, she enjoys writing, art, creating YouTube videos, music festivals, travel, and horseback riding.
Alex Dorn
Alex began working at SERVPRO of Southern Delaware County & West Chester in November of 2021 as a Sales and Marketing Representative. He brings with him excellent communication and organizational skills. He is looking forward to learning the ropes and becoming a strong asset to the franchise.
In his free time, Alex enjoys watching sports, going to the gym, video games, and playing with his dog!

Sam Johnston
Sam comes from a SERVPRO production background as a former crew chief. He brings with him extensive experience with commercial and residential work environments. Sam brings experience from a diverse background, including military and retail customer service.
Sam enjoys spending time outdoor with family in his spare time.
Gabby Davis
Gabby is our marketing and social media intern. She attended West Chester University.
She comes from a customer service background and is eager to learn!
Outside the office, she enjoys playing and coaching volleyball.
