Frozen Pipes

This frigid weather has caused so many problems for both residential and commericial COI's.  Our office has been inundated with emergency calls.  There are several precautions to take to help prevent these problems.  Please always keep your heat on especially in basements.  Wrap pipes if necessary and make sure windows are sealed from any drafts.  Once a pipe breaks please turn off water at main location.  Contact your plumber to fix the pipe and call SERVPRO.  Our crew will be out as soon as possible with their equipment to clean up and get things back to normal.
