Commercial Sewage Damage

Last Friday afternoon I received a call from one of my clients.  She is the Property Manager of a low income high rise facility.  In a total panic she described to me her problem.  It seems that there was a sewage back up on the first floor of the building that affected four apartments and the bottom level where her office is located.  I advised her that SERVPRO will be out there within the next hour.  We had to pull our guys from jobs they were currently assigned to.  Our crew worked from Friday afternoon through the weekend and are there today (Tuesday December 5) to complete the mitigation.  No words can describe what our crew did to clean up this facility.  The sooner the job is complete the sooner these residents can return to their apartments.  Soon we will be starting the rebuild process.  Since starting with SERVPRO two years ago this is the largest job I have experienced with one of my clients.  I am in constant contact with her to make sure all is taken care.  Her cell phone is her office since her own office was part of this disaster.  It gives me such pride knowing that we can help our valued clients and relieve some of their burden and put their lives back together again.
