Gas explosion in Bakery

This was a massive explosion in a gas oven in this 86,000 square foot bakery warehouse.  Not only was there debris all over but there was raw dough and flour all over the place.  Our production crew got there and started the clean up immediately.  The heat was unbearable due to our current heat wave.  The job was completed and the bakery owner was so very happy with SERVPRO's great service and professionalism. Just picture record heat wave and the combination of water and flour all over the area where the oven exploded!  As you can see from the pictures this was no easy task.  Our crew was praised by the bakery owner for the stellar job they did.
