Basement flooded from Water Heater breakdown

The water heater leaked and eventually flooded their finished basement.  Our crew went out and immediately started extracting water and the use of our air movers and dehumidifiers helped immediately.  There was a slight mold issue that was also remediated to the customer's satisfaction. Customer was very happy with the crew getting out there in a timely manner and also the great job SERVPRO did in the entire clean up. Customer called me a second time to advise he will referring his friends and neighbors to SERVPRO because of the great job we did for him.  All his business associates in his area are now familiar with SERVPRO
