Leaking Dishwasher in Aston Apartment

This unit in Aston had water damage when the unit above them had their dishwasher overflow, due to blockage in water connection from sink.  It affected their living room and dining room carpeting and floors.  Our crew got in there and did the mitigation and had the ceiling repaired and painted. The customer was concerned with the possibility of mold, so we also had this inspected for them and advised there was no apparent sign of mold but if he has any issues in the future to please call SERVPRO of Southern Delaware County and we will be out for any necessary mold remediation.  If the customer wants mold tested, we will advise our mold inspection company to contact him.  This is another of the valued services we provide for our customers.
