Mold takes over apartment!

A picture is worth a thousand words.  The apartment unit was neglected for quite a long time. 

It seems that the tenant left town without notifying the landlord. 

Needless to say, there were water leaks all over the unit that went on for over a month. 

One cause was a broken pipe.  The other was water left on in both the bathroom and kitchen that flooded the entire unit. 

By the time we were alerted to this disaster, the only way we could re-mediate this mold was total demolition.  Our guys started the procedure. 

When it was halfway completed I stopped in with the landlord. 

It looked like a bomb went off in the apartment.  The next time I visited it was all cleaned up and ready for rebuild.
