Gas Explosion

Our production crew was really put to the test last week when they were called for this job.  A gas oven exploded.  It was located in a very large bakery warehouse. Aside from the normal debris that had to be restored by our SERVPRO crew there was raw dough and flour all over the warehouse.  It was on the rafters, the ceiling, all over the equipment and also on the massive floor that housed the huge warehouse.  It took time, patience and a good deal of work and sweat.  This explosion happened during one of our worst heat waves.  If it were 97 degrees outside it had to be 100 + in that warehouse.  Our crew did a great job cleaning up and restoring this facility to clean, working order.  Owner was very happy that he could start baking again!
