Apartment carpet cleaning

This apartment complex has a great deal of foot traffic in each of their units due to the fact that most of the families here have two to three children in each unit.  When we arrived they were terribly stained with various compounds.  Many times the manager is convinced that they have to be replaced.  To their surprise they came up very clean and sanitized saving the complex a good deal of money. Repair not replace is always a benefit if this at all possible.  The customer commented that the carpets looked better than they did when first installed. We always like to here that from our valued COI's
